Rumor - Eagles are one of Peppers "four teams" - will it happen?

Lito and a 1st rounder might be a bit of a stretch, but Panthers could use a 1st rounder this year.

I'd like to see the Eagles get a WR then maybe take a run at Peppers, but Eagles D would be insanity of Peppers joined. Jim Johnson would friggin love a guy like him. Eagles already have Cole playing RE, who is a pretty solid player.

Do you think it's just another tease for us Eagles fans, kinda like how Fitz said last January that the Eagles were one of four teams he would play for?
 
The panthers will be the big winners on this. They will get a couple of draft picks to help build their team. Peppers will be a distraction if he stays another year under the franchise tag.
 
i just don't think their them is bad at D, to try to get Pepper..I think they will target TJ because their offense needs a great WR. They have one in DeSean Jackson but Kevin Curtis have not been the capable receiver he once was(since TO was in Philly).
 
You don't have to give up Lito to get him...
They will give you Peppers for a 1st ahd 3rd.
Then you can get a 2nd for lito somewhere else, which means you would get Peppers and a 2nd, in exchange for lito and a 3rd (in the long haul). That is a good deal.
And trust me there are teams that will still give you a 2nd for Lito.
