Runescape- Is it possible to lower your stats on runescape?

Like str,att,defence etc? cuz my friends bought dclaws from gold4rs and he had 85 mage and alot of other stats done dt etc and recipe for disatser now he has 63 constituion and 5 everything else explain please? im so confused i didn't think it was possible for proof go here http://services.runescape.com/m=adventurers-log/display_player_profile.ws?searchName=bpz+0f+hype
 
I know what happened. Runescape now instead of "banning" players for using Macro/Botts/Cheats/Hacks/Exploit of Bugs are now getting their stats lowered. If a player achieves a vast raise in skill out of a daily routine, Jagex will know and therefore take action. Here's what happened to my friend. He botted for 99 Attack and Defense. started from 75 all the way to 99. Jagex found out and lowered all the skills he trained in that period of time which were Summoning, Fishing, Slayer, Constitution, Strength, and Attack Defense, of course. He still had 99 Strength and was a level 50 combat. LMAO! Best is to play by the rules and respect the game. :applause:
