no no, i dont mind at all, because I would love to know aswell. Breathing can be tough for me, sometimes even when im not having asthma or issues due to just being out of shape i forget to breathe at all.

If you're running to lose weight, do HIIT, high intensity interval training. Google it.
Also, hit the weight room! Resistance training will burn fat, build muscle, and increase your metabolism, helping you lose fat when you are sitting around doing nothing. Remember that the key is your diet. And I don't mean just eat less, I mean eat RIGHT. They are NOT the same. Remember to drink a lot of water, about a gallon a day should be good.
