SAAB 9-5 "Key Not Accepted"?

Hello, I have a 1999 SAAB 9-5. I let the battery on the key-less entry die and now I'm getting a "key not accepted" error on the display. I replaced the battery and I'm still getting the same error. I also tried the spare remote I have and I'm getting the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
