Sailor moon Episode? Or not? If it isn't WHAT IS IT??? lol please help me.?

Hi there is there such an episode of Sailor moon where she Is trapped in a glass house.. or some thing and some "bag guys" put sleeping potion or some thing around the house, she can't get out.. And they are trying to Get a bit of her hair because it is magical.. lol is this sailor moon or some thing completely different? this is the early-est memory of my child hood i have. So it doesn't make much Sense.. But i was just wondering does any one know this show that i describe? Yes it is cartoon, like Sailor moon.. thanks a lot

It sounds like the 2nd last series of sailor moon. I cant tell you exactly what episode, but it is definitely that season. Its the one where Rini (Chibi) is almost like the main character and happens during all the stuff with Pegasus.
