My laptop broke down a few weeks ago, but has 3 years warranty on it so its been about 15 months i have owned it.
We contacted the repair centre last Tuesday, they told me to email two pictures, one of the receipt and the other of the 3 year warranty sticker.
I rang them Wednesday to say i had sent them, but nobody had got back to me, they said that it could take a few days to get to them, so i said it was fair enough. But then received an email a few hours later, that their was a problem with just one photo, that was the receipt, so i sent another one.
I made another phone call 26 hours later, the man said he received one photo so i told him the other photo was in another email, and he looked and said it was and started talking about arranging a pick up to take to a repair centre, but couldn't understand what he was saying, so i said it was a dodgy line and told me to call back at any time, but when i did two minutes later, they closed.
So i rang Friday morning, explaining the faulty line and he said they haven't received one photo, i explained it was in another email, he said it wasn't, i explained the guy from the night before acknowledged it, he said they hadn't received it. I just put the phone down, sent a 4th copy of the photo and gave them till 3pm to contact me.
So i called back, the man kept saying, we haven't got it, and i was going to ask for a manager, but said "Your messing me about" and he said "Please dont feel like that, we aren't!"
I received an email during the phone call saying the photo had come through, they will contact me soon. I told him, then he arranged pick up which is for today.
But Saturday, i received an email saying their was a problem with the photo.
They are messing me about, what can i do?
