Samsung corby internet setup help?

Just received a Samsung Corby for christmas.
However, the only option to connect to the internet is to pay an ISP large sums of cash to do something which should be easy and free.
Question: How can I connect my samsung corby to the wireless router? (i.e. pick up wireless connections and use them)?
