i know this is not a big deal to others, but i was just wondering why the sound of the screen capture in my galaxy note suddenly isn't working any more. when i screen capture there should be a click sound like the camera. but i installed some apps and suddenly it's gone. also i deleted some files. what should i do? im planning to factory reset it.
