Samsung Genio Touch, Internet help?

I have a Samsung Genio Touch, When i go to my Main Menu and click on Internet it loads for around 2-4 seconds and then a message comes up on the screen saying '' Unexpected Failure '' and the only option available to touch is '' OK ''
Having being a teenager, i dont know what to do with that. would anyone kindly help me please?

OS and specs of your computer? could be vid card or what not, you need to give more specifics for a good answer
