Samsung Gleam Question?

Does anyone else have this phone? I usually have to keep it on vibrate because sometimes the ring tone gets really really loud. I noticed when i first got it, so I took it to verizon. They turned it off, then on, which temporarily fixed it. Has anyone else has this problem with this phone?
Also, I dropped it a few months ago and had to get a new one. But the new one does this too. What's the deal, kids?

I have the phone but it's only done that to me a few times. I've had the phone over a year now. My biggest problem was that it erased my phonebook completley on 2 different occasions.
