Samsung Glyde Not Working Need Help on Touch Settings?

My phone is so messed up.
The touch screen does not line up. I will touch the middle of the screen and it will press the back button on the bottom of the screen.
On every other touch screen phone you can re-align the touch settings but on this one you can't. Is there a different way to re-align or reset the touch screen to make it work properly?
 
Bring it in to your local retail store of your wireless provider. They will be able to fix, or send it out for repair. Shouldn't cost you a dime.
