Ok, i have had the glyde for a couple of mouths now and it really isnt that bad for me but the touch screen can be messed up sometimes. But, i heard that their was a BI29 software update or whatever for the glyde that updates the glyde by changing its look and makes the touchscreen more user friendly. So, i went into the verizon retail store that i have in town and i told her my problem but she had no idea what i was talking about. So, what should i do about my problem?
