Samsung Hype USB cable?

I've read that with the New PC Studio you can transfer pictures from the phone to the PC, but does anyone know if you can you upload pictures from the PC to the phone? To use as the phone wallpaper... That's all I really want, and I want to know if it's possible before I buy the USB cable. Thanks!
