I took out my sim card and traded phones for a bit, but then I wanted to go back to my phone so I put my sim card back in. Doing that deleted more than half of my contacts that were saved to the phone. They are still there, because when I look in Menu >Settings >Memory Management >Used Space >Address Book >Phone, they are all still there, but the only option is to delete them all. It wont let me add any contacts for some reason as well. It will say I added it, but when I go back It wont be there. ?

I want to know if there is a way to retrieve all my contacts that saved to my phone (not the sim card) that were deleted. Those contacts are still 'there' if i look in my memory settings, but It will just let me look at them or delete them.
Does that make more sense? I apologize, I just woke up haha
