yesterday i was using my phone like normal and when i went to text my friend the screen turned black. now whenever i go to the text and start to type the screen goes black it vibrates then goes back to the text but its frozen and then it will go to the main screen and say its entering service area. my phone works otherwise. i can call people and stuff its just the text. and its fully charged.. why did this happen?
