Samsung M8800 Pixon - Name of person calling doesn't show, help!?

For some reason when i get a text or someone calls me, the number of that person shows and sometimes the name. It changes from time to time. Its really annoying having to look up their number when i get a text in the phone book. Anyone heard of this problem and know how to fix it?
