Hi, My samsung pixon has been frozen for about a week now - can not use the touch fucntions... I took to the O2 shop as this is where i purchased it from who want to send it off for repair. However, i wanted to upload my contacts and pictures from my phone before sending it off - but becasue the screen is frozen, i can't select the software i want to use from the phone!!
Can anyone help? or know how to fix this issue without sendign it off for repair?!
