I'm really thinking about buying this 42'' Samsung Plasma, I will be mostly using it for gaming on a xbox 360. But I read this little review on it;

"We just picked up this tv about a month or more ago and so far it's great, but I do have qualms. I tend to use the tv largely for video gaming. While the PS3 looks fantastic through the TV and will be used the majority of the time, full screen systems are annoying to play. Samsung has implemented grey pillar boxes that bookend full screen sources. You have the option of dark, or light grey. This is apparently used so that the tv gets equalized burnout across the whole tv. It makes sense... it will help prolong the life of the television. But it's ugly, and it's distracting. I really wish that the menu gave the *option* to set the pillar boxing to black. Trying to play gamecube or ps2 games in the dark is just not enjoyable due to the bright gray rectangles on either side.This will also be an issue with dvd players or vcr's or full screen television stations."

I don't understand, when I play xbox 360 or watch dvds/bluerays on this TV. Will the screen have these bright gray rectangles on the sides of the screen?
