Samsung Propel Pro or LG Incite?

Samsung Propel Pro has been released by AT&T wireless, but is it a good phone or should I just get the LG Incite, what's the true differences between the 2? some kid made a forum for the propel pro at http://www.Propel-Pro.com but it doesn't have much info yet.

don't get the propel, to me it just doesn't appeal. lf incite is better, in looks and features, it's all touch screen with wi-fi
