Samsung Tocco Lite Touchscreen Problem?

Guys and Gals, need a little help

I have a Samsung Tocco Lite, Touchscreen completely unresponsive except for when it dims, it lights up upon touch.

I cannot connect to PC Studio as it wont allow me to select PC Studio, anyway of resetting the whole thing?
