sand shifting fish?

I have a salt water tank and I was wondering if there was creature that I could put in the tank to move around or clean the sand?

No fish will clean the substrate well enough that you still aren't going to need to do it yourself. Saltwater tanks are not for beginners and are a lot of work. If you aren't willing to put in the basic requirements, i.e., cleaning and maintenance, you aren't ready to have fish.

yes there are.

Sand shifting gobies like orange dotted sand shifters.

They will move the sand around as they like to burrow and some have been known to form symbotic relationships with some species of shrimp.

Anyway, they build there own territories and they will move sand. But they will not mean that you wont need to change the water.
