I saw a bright falling star in the east that flared up twice on its way down yesterday from my home in central England could this have been debris burning up from the satellite collision between a US and Russian satellite that happened on Tuesday
It could have been satellite debris, or a meteor from space. There's really no way to tell unless it landed intact and you are somehow able to find it.
