My landlord is asking for $300 deposit for having satellite dish after I had it for 7 years.
I did ask if I can install it before I moved in,she said yes.
This was 7 years ago.
In my lease,it says no aerials unless you get permission from the landload.
Now,she wants to add $300 on top of that.
What do you guys think about this?
