I live in Kaiserslautern, Germany....I have 1 dish and it is pointed to the new AFN Sat Eurobird 9A...I have the signal...its at 178 degrees with a 33.3 degree elevation....I have a bracket that allows me to attach another LNB to the dish and rotate it as wide as 2 hands of a grown man so well over 20 degrees play left and right...for some reason, I cant get the ASTRA sattelite here in Germany...the elevation for ASTRA is 32.2 and the left to right is 19.2 east....can anyone diagnose the problem?
