saturn ion power steering fuse?

does anyone know where the two fuses are for the power steering on a 04 saturn ion. saturn wants to charge me 1000.00 for repair. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.
Its electrical there is no where to put in fluid. its either a fuse or a pump. HELP
 
Never heard of power steering fuses. Check power steering fluid and make sure your belts are tight under the hood.
 
stop joking. the only thing i have ever seen with electrical steering is special mining equipment. i don't know what to say here. ask the government for some bailout money. that will solve everything.
