Science fair food/drink ideas?

I'm trying to think of foods or drinks that come in lots of flavors that can be colored easily with food coloring. This is a part of my science fair project. I was originally going to use seltzer, but not many people like it, thus it would be hard for me to find willing test subjects. Anybody have any ideas?
