...back in time is this right? but some scientists have sent digital music information faster than the speed of light. And the music information did not disappear and go into the past . So are the scientist who say you would go back in time if you traveled faster than the speed of light wrong.Thank you
 
There are galaxy's and celeswtial bodies beyond our visible universe that are travelling at twice the speed of light away from us, and they don't go back in time methinks, it explains why stars can be seen 1day, but then disapear from veiwing forever, thats because they are now going out of the visable universe and accelerating to twice the speed of light.
 
My physics teacher told me if you travelled faster than the speed of light you would become 'pure energy'.
