Scratch on a car, picture provided?

If I was to send this to a dealer, how much would it cost roughly to have it "repaired"?

It depends on how good you want it to look. A dealer might want to repaint the entire panel to get a perfect paint color match for several hundred dollars. That looks like something you could easily do yourself with a touch up paint kit and a for less than $20.
 
Well lucky it looks like a clean scratch. There is no dent or bend in it. So all that should have to be done is sand the paint to the metal (looks like some rust has started) and just repaint it. I would have to say it would cost less than 200. You could also do that in your driveway on a dry weekend. Just sand it down and get touch up paint that matches with some clear coat. You should be fine.
