yeah, the person below me is right. those things don't make beeping sounds. but neither does bill before they sing scream. its a siren. and the bullhorn doesnt do that lmao. but he definitely does have a megaphone that he talks into instead of the microphone. at least, he does whenever ive seen them perform.
 
Anyways, at concerts Bill gets this thing out that makes this beeping sound. I forgot what it was called. Lol! So, what was it called again? LMAO! I feel stupid!
