Script to move S60v5 symbian apps to a folder?

I have a bunch of Nokia Nurons, at work, and I need to move all apps to a folder. It takes forever to do it on the phone, so I'm trying to write a script that I can run through windows 7 command line to do it for me. I've done this exact thing with rooted Android phones, I have a bash script for every time I update or change roms. But I have NO ideos what I'm doing with symbian. Any help would be awesome. I've looked into it, but I'm not understanding the development environment very well. I don't even know if I need to be working on .sis or .bat files or anything... Do you need to "root" the phone first? I am lost.
