search hijacker removal?

I have some kind of search hijacker on my computer that I'm having trouble removing I've tried

Super anti spy-ware
Malware bytes
and spybot but haave not been able to remove it.

how do I get rid of it?

(Found alot of trojans and spyware on the computer) (Using chrome if it matters)
