i apparently have depression. i keep seeing this thing my friend says isnt ther. im really scared of it. my friend said the way to get it to not come back is to think its not real. but the thing would want me to think its not real... you can see it and hear it and feel it.. how can it not ba real?! ive asked my psychologist but she said theres nothing she can do about it or the cameras watching me. i dont kno what to do... anyone have any ideas how i can get it to go away?
