My boyfriend is starting a business with his friend. They know someone in Canada that wants to sell lumber to companies that need it in China (canadian lumber is better quality then the lumber in China)
I want to know more about this but my bf hates to talk about business. If you know anything about this can you fill me in?
For example.. why do they need a middle man (my bf and his partner)? Why cant the seller just the contact the buyer direct?
Also... what kind of companies are looking to buy Canadian lumber? (In China)
And.. are there any import export rules concerning this?
