So i ride a vulcan 800, i love that bike and it has sentimental value to me, my first bike, my first crash, my first everything. I am thinking about buying a sports bike, I want something with more power, fairing so i can ride on the free way more comfortably as well as having that extra power to get me out of situations. I do not wish to replace my bike but i can't afford to have two.
So owners, what do you think about sports bikes?
how comfortable would it be to ride for a 2 hour ride?
any thoughts from someone who has made the transition from cruiser to sport??
thanks guys
stats: 150lb, 21 years old, 1.5 year of riding. About 6000 miles
yeah i understand i am not as experienced, but i consider myself a good rider. I took the msf course when i started out as well, and definitely know the power behind super sports.
i have to do highway riding everyday, and when my bike hits 80mph it vibrates way too much and feels like it struggles. Everyone here rides 75-80 on the highway, including trucks.
