Selling price for bmw 325 xi?

What is a good selling price for a 2001 bmw 325 xi. I'm considering selling the car due to moving out of state. The care has 107,xxx miles, almost new traction tires and a 6 disk cd player. The care also has two small quarter sized dents and one window that takes a little long to roll up. Three owners. No serious work ever done and recently inspected without and problems. I drove this car while living in Lake Tahoe, drove it up and down the mountain on a regular basis and never had any problems. I live in Berkeley, Ca and I'm not interested in trade in.
