How can I send ringtones via text message to my Consumer Cellular phone? Or, how can I get ringtones on it at all? I can't use internet. Please help.

You can get people to send you ringtones through multimedia messaging. Or if your phone has Bluetooth you can connect with someone else and share ringtones.
