Serious iTunes Apple ID Question?

If I have two computer, both have iTunes installed and the first has my iPhone 4s synced and I use iCloud to backup. If I have already log in in the first and the second iTunes is just newly installed. What would happened if I use my apple ID to log in to the second Com? would it still be able to log in as usual or it would say create a new one?
