Serious relationship advice from men?

I'm 20 years old. I'm a female college student. And I just wanna know how to let men know that I'm not looking for a hit it and quit it relationship. Where can I look for serious relationships? Every guy I meet just wants to get in my pants.
And no I don't go around flaunting myself around wearing skimpy clothes so don't bring that up. No matter how mature I act, I still attract douchebags.
 
most girls like douchebags, so guys who are douchebags are more frequent than not

find the shy guy in class who looks at you occasionally but won't ever talk to you
 
have you considered guys a few years older ??? and rather than wait for them if you see someone interesting you approach him ---- it does not matter what you wear ---- its never an invitation --- some of the ladies here dress minimally and you would never even think they are flaunting themselves or making an offer ---- they dress how they wish ----- the thing is the genuine guys dont approach you because they dont know if you are interested and dont want to annoy you in case you are not ---- so say hello see if they are genuine and go from there --- best wishes
