Setting sound wave as a ringtone (nextel)?

A friend of mine sent me a sound wave via text message, but I can't figure out how to set it as a ringtone; it's saved in my media file rather than the ringtones menu...

Someone said you couldn't do it but I just wanted to see if you could..
