Setting up a nice sound sytem in a chrysler cirrus lxi help please.?

So pretty much everything in my car is what came stock.I just recently bought 2 new 5x7 speakers to go in the front.120w. Just wondering what else i should add.What do tweeters,subwoofers and an amp do?
