Sharing files (Vista) between users with Limewire & Itunes?

I want to be able to have one folder with music in it that can be accessed and changed by all user accounts on my computer, and viewable/changeable through Limewire and Itunes.
is this possible?

I just got Vista, and this is the first time my family has used vista or itunes. i will give more details if needed...

that would need to be some where everyone can access like in C:/ Drive.
