Sharing internet in a network ?

Hello, I have a wireless router, and 3 computers connected to it, the inernet is working fine for all of them at full speed.
But when someone is downloading or watching a video on youtube, nothing works on the other computers, no internet at all, even google can't load !

Is there something I can do to fix this ?
