...do from here. i'm from OH? I have a trespassing neighbor who use to be a town council member and has connections in town, her husband is also VP of some big corportaion, so i'm trying to see if i really want to follow through or not. She is good in the sense that she keeps troublemakers out of our part of town but she also likes to snoop around in peoples properties and then call in code violations that you were unaware. i have 2 properties that neighbor each other and yes she has called in violations on both. I fixed the matter , but still have found out that she cuts through my 2 properties from the small alley street behind my houses so that she can go to her rental properties across the street from me. (her personal house is behind my 2 houses , and her rental property is in front).
1st witnessed occasion she cut into my property from the small alley street and yelled at my tenant and his gf for trash issues and then they saw her snooping into the other property to look at my drainage pipes. (again to try to catch me on a code violation).
2nd another occasion she cut through my property again from the back alley and yelled at the same tenant. My tenant then told her that per my request "to not trespass". she then left.
I would not have done anything with these 2 events but later i find she is causing her own tenant across in front of me problems (issues with possible dangerous housing environment). Her tenant approaches me and makes me aware that on several occasions she has witnessed my problem neighbor cut into my property (also find out she has prejudiced feelings towards me- I'm hispanic, and told her that it is ok to cut through my property). I also find out the that she has asked the mailman to see a list of how many people live in my houses.

since then i have posted "No trespassing" signs on both properties, and am considering going in to report this with my 3 witnesses.

My question is what can I do with this and is it worth it?
