I would like to send a package to friends in Belarus. I would like to send a few items most of which will have little to no value but I would also like to send a camera which would be valued at around $150.
From what I have read, the best way to ship will be using USPS.
When the package arrives in Belarus I do not want my friends to have to pay any customs on the items. So how much can a package be valued before they would have to pay?
I have researched shipping but I'm not really sure how it works, I just want to send a gift with no grief to the people receiving it!
Can someone please explain the customs charges from US to Belarus??
