My friend recently got into a bit of trouble she got caught shoplifting from a store here in Canada...but she has some family issues back in the states that she wants to get taken care of....she has two court dates one to get finger printed and the second to be either found guilty or none guilty...
she wants to know if she will have any restrictions trying to get across the border ....when they check her will anything show up on her name...she has her passport and a picture id and everything else...plus she is an American citizen...and she recently got landed here in Canada...any information would be greatly appreciated
