i bought an item that i won on bidding on 7/7/10 for 7.99 and it ended that day 1 minute later so i won 
and i put my info and all to purchase it with my credit card and i put the 5.99 shipping not the 2.99 shipping and then finished the purchase. and now the "company" confirmed my payment and gave me my tracking id yesterday and now that i checked the shipping says 2.99 and it says the total was 10.98 cents or something like that, any thought why?
