Hey! Please answer this short quiz on you child's name/ what you plan to name your child.

1. What is the name?
2. Why did you choose the name?
3. Where did you first hear the name? Did you know right away you wanted to use it?
4. How did you narrow it down to that name from all the others on your list?
5. When did you decide on the name?

1. Hiram John Philip
2. We loved the name Hiram & John Philip is a family name.
3. Little House on the Prairie, and no the name had to grow on me for awhile :)
4. It was the one that I continually loved and didn't move around on the 'favourite scale'
5. A few years ago :)
 
I don't have any children, but I know what I plan on naming my firstborn son and daughter.

1. What is the name?
Jackson Cole Edward for a son and Phoebe Elizabeth Tara for a daughter.

2. Why did you choose the name?
The first names are my top names for each gender, and the middle names all honour family members:
Cole - great aunt Emily Lilian Coleman
Edward - poppy Ted
Eliza - great grandma Emily Eliza, who I was named after and looked exactly like as a baby
Beth - my dad's family, as my surname starts with Beth
Tara - my older sister, who is my best friend

3. Where did you first hear the name? Did you know right away you wanted to use it?
I first heard Jackson from the actor Jackson Rathbone, and Phoebe in the show Charmed when I was younger. I also knew Phoebe from FRIENDS, but Charmed was more influential in it. I liked both names straight away, but they worked there way through Lucas and Alyssa to get to the top.

4. How did you narrow it down to that name from all the others on your list?
I don't know, they just appeared at the top one day. I think because they are a bit more quirky than my previous top names, and I've always loved the spelling of Phoebe.

5. When did you decide on the name?
A few years ago. I've liked Phoebe for a while, but both of them became my top names at a similar time a few years ago. Phoebe first though.
 
1. Miles Richard Connor & Emilia Jordan Elizabeth.
2. Because we loved them. Miles' middle names are after my father and my boyfriends grandfather & Emilia's are after both our mums. We wanted family names and to honour the people who mean a lot to us.
3. Miles I think we just saw on a baby name website and we instantly loved it. Emilia I heard from thhe Shakespeare play Othello.
4. Miles just was much better than the other names we had on our list so it wasn't even on a list lol. Emilia took a while as we had Naomi and Mae before and we kept changing our minds.
5. Miles was when I was like 5 months and Emilia pretty much the day she was born!

4) Duuuuh!! It's French. Need I say more.
 
1. Darnell (Javion)
2. It is his dad's name and it meant a lot 2 his dad.
3. When i met his dad. No, i actually really didn't want 2, fought tooth & nail but figured i had 2 compromise in the end.
4. My main preference was Javion. It was purely 2 be considerate of his dad's feelings as well.
5. I don't recall... close 2 the 7th mth if i'm not mistaken.
