shortness of breath and others.. please help?

i've been experiencing shortness of breath, having trouble breathing and i get chest pains especially when i breathe deeply.. i don't want to make such a big deal about this, that's why i'm asking about it here at y! answers first. please tell me what you think i should do. thanks in advance.
