Should all conspiracy theories be ignored completely?

there was a conspiracy theory going around that Julius Caesar was going to be murdered on the Ides of March

ignored and it turned out to be true
 
I watched one this morning and its not easy to dismiss.Although the narrators voice almost sends you insane its about the best argument i have seen in ages. I,m not suggesting you must watch it to give an honest opinion as its almost an hour long and its not as entertaining as question time! Jeremy P,its about the 7/7 bombings in London ,and if one or two people watched it and then gave some arguements for or against it ,it would improve my understanding of the world we live in at least,thanks.

maybe we should have listened to conspiracy theories on sept. 10....3000 may be alive today.
 
All conspiracy theories are created by a secret cabal of the Illuminati, the skull and bones, high level masons and the Royal family, meeting in a sunken pyramid below area 51 and distributed by tesla coils along ley lines using retro- engineered technology recovered from Roswell!

No, as history has proven conspiracy theories are more often the rule rather than the exception.
