should cooked then refrigerated chicken be pink?

As I was eating some leftover chicken, i noticed the inside was still a bit pink. I boiled it (after thawed) for about 40 mins so and it was white at that time, but it turned pink in refrigerator. Is it safe to eat cause i don't wanna throw out all that chicken?
 
Did you put it back in the same container after cooking it? Sounds like some of the blood was reabsorbed by the meat. In that case, it wouldn't be safe to eat.
